Amazing experience! The market visit was interesting and insightful and we tried some local treats. The basket boat trip was great fun and we enjoyed the ride to the restaurant. Our guide Khanh, who is a fantastic storyteller and inspirational man, welcomed us into his restaurant and his family worked together seamlessly to show us step by step how to create a wide selection of traditional dishes. The whole afternoon/ evening was incredibly well organised and executed with love and attention. A huge thank you for making my birthday so special.
