Day 1: Exploring Hue Imperial city
Take a journey through the fascinating past of Vietnam’s former Imperial Capital, Hue by visiting its prime historical attractions; the Imperial City, Forbidden Purple City, the Emperor’s Private Residence, Perfume River, Thien Mu pagoda and Khai Dinh Royal Tomb.
Hue was the capital city of Vietnam from 1802 to 1945 during the reign of 13 emperors. A huge complex of Places and tombs was built to serve the royal family. This tour will take you to beautiful temples, royal palaces, unique emperor’s tomb. Besides, Hue is also famous for its cuisine. Our tour will also introduce you to a local restaurant to enjoy its beautiful food. Also, on the way to Hue, we will stop by Hai Van pass and Lap An Lagoon to relax and take some good photos. Day 3: My Son sacntuary and Thanh Ha pottery village
Visit the ancient Champa Kingdom of My Son Sanctuary by bus and boat, a UNESCO World Heritage Site nestled between lush valley and mountain that was the spiritual and political center of the Champa Kingdom from the 4th to 13th Century.
Discover the history of the 300 year pottery village and learn the techniques of making ceramic.
My Son is a great place to learn the history and culture of the ancient Cham People. Although the temples were bombed by the US Airforce in 1968, there is still plenty to see. Arriving in My Son, our guide will take you back to the old time of 1400 years ago when the Champa Kingdom achieved regional dominance of the south Vietnam. Getting on the buggies, we will enjoy the cool breeze from nature first, then take a walk through the primary forest and in front of you, there will be the magnificent My Son Complex.
